In the current version effect is subtle: they grow and shrink dong
Pretty good potential, just a bit disappointed the loads don't increase - since there's a video going by liters per single shot. Looking forward to the future!

If you tap and hold on any of two "buttons" at the bottom left, you should be able to stroke her. Although it is possible to do it directly "on the spot", irl finger obscures the view too much
